As a media consultant and prominent negotiator in the Entertainment market, Ronald started appearing in films such as “Live through this (MTV)”, “Pluto Nash (Eddy Murphy, Rosario Dawson)”, Jackie Kennedy (CBS TV) “,” Love songs (MTV: Monica Arnold) ” and “Atikkka”. He became speaker for the launch of the 1st Canadian Gospel Music Press Conference in the National Capital of Ottawa (Canada), category presenter for the Maja Gospel Awards in Toronto and National judge for the Shai Gospel Music Awards in Calgary. He was blessed to be a National judge for the Juno Awards (Grammy’s equivalent in the US) which is Canada’s biggest Primetime Music Awards show from the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. Judging in 2015, 2017, 2019, 2022, 2024 for categories such as Contemporary Christian/Gospel album of the year, Francophone album of the year (Canada 150th anniversary) and music videoclip of the year. He judges also the category for the Best music tv show, radio or web for the Trille Or awards 2019, which rewards the artistic excellence of the artisans and artists of the francophone music scene in Ontario and Western Canada.

His experience will take him to conferences management with high-level logistical protocol for international speakers, consultations, and placement of artists in the media, music stores and diplomatic events. He exceeded in the negotiation of contracts as co-producer of three series of televised inspirational music shows on two different television networks in Montreal. The filming of honorary gala in the nation’s capital as well as community fundraising events often related to humanitarian disasters are part of his daily life.

With a degree in Sociology, he has worked for organizations such as the United Nations Association of Canada, the Embassy of the Republic of Haiti in Canada and served under 5 Assistant Deputy Minister’s at Environment and Climate Change Canada. He shares his time as a volunteer board director at the Ottawa Asian Heritage Month Society since 2006 promoting Pan-Asian (Turkey to Japan) activities like lectures, film screening, art exhibition, cultural performance, food demonstration in collaboration with Government of Canada departmental officials, communities, embassies, senators, MPs and counsellors in the city of Ottawa and Gatineau. He also seat on the board of directors of Gospel Communication media. He worked also at the Ottawa Red Cross Disaster Management Program, and for the Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign. Ronald also served as well as a delegate for the Model UN Summit & Leadership Conference held in New-York city and Ottawa. His passion for Media and the community is unparalleled.

After co-managing a Gospel Music Lifestyle magazine for 4 years in the city of Montreal, Ronald is now a Senior Executive partner for a new young Canadian tv network call Natyf TV (http://www.natyf.com) launched in 2018 and branded as the first ever North American inspirational French station with a focus on inspiration and diversity. Natyf is included in the basic digital package for Quebec in order to operate the optional national French-language service focused on ethnocultural diversity for mandatory broadcast in Quebec but à la carte for all of Canada. The service’s mandate is to broadcast programs from racialized Canadian producers, to encourage a new generation of French-speaking creators from racialized communities and to allow viewers from racialized communities to have access to a television service in which they recognize themselves. This Pan-Canadian channel will reach 2.3 million subscribers on all the major Canadians televisions platforms by producing quality television content and groundbreaking inspirational programming within the French market accessible to millions of viewers & listeners by packaging diversity contents via multiplatform devices.

His recent venture in 2020 brought him as a Senior Executive officer at MKJ3 (www.mkj3.com) which is his family-owned transmedia company that focus on inspirational contents and healthy lifestyle for young children across the globe with an awareness focus on Sickle Cell Anemia. His three sons have starring roles as the Super Felix Brothers in their diversity graphic novel comic book The Battle for Ottogatz released in 2020 on amazon and soon to be available on multifaced platforms.
